We are not the renovator and do not provide construction, design or building advice directly. Any quote, contract or works performed are between you and the renovator you choose to engage.

Quotes, scope, pricing, timeframes and any contract are agreed directly between you and the renovator. We are not a party to that contract.

However, we do not guarantee the workmanship, conduct, pricing or availability of any individual renovator. You should make your own enquiries before engaging any tradesperson, including reviewing their licence status, insurance and references.
